On November 3, the Carmel Youth of Margao made a heartfelt visit to St. Theresa’s Destitute House, Quepem, spreading joy and compassion to the residents. This meaningful initiative was made possible with the support of the “Help and Help Group”, led by Marina and Savio.
The day was filled with warmth and connection as the youth engaged with the inmates through:Interactive Activities: Heartfelt conversations and bonding moments that brought smiles and comfort to the residents.
Programs: A series of entertaining performances, including songs and games, creating an atmosphere of happiness and celebration.
This visit reflected the values of service and love that are at the heart of the Carmel Youth. Their kindness and enthusiasm left a lasting impression on the residents, who expressed their gratitude for the time and effort spent with them.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Marina, Savio, and everyone involved in making this day so special. May we continue to bring light and hope to those in need through such acts of kindness.
